What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences and improve your experience.
How We Use Browser Storage
Bratify uses localStorage (not cookies) to enhance your experience. Here's what we store:
1. Audio Region Data
Purpose: Saves your audio synchronization regions so you don't lose your work when you reload the page.
Storage key: audio-regions-[filename]
Data stored: Region start/end times, associated frame set IDs, and visual styling information. No personal data.
Expiration: Never expires automatically, but you can clear it anytime.
Types of Storage We Use
Essential Storage
Required for the core functionality of Bratify. Without this, features like audio region persistence won't work.
Managing Your Storage
You have full control over your browser storage:
Clear Storage Manually
- Open your browser's Developer Tools (F12 or Cmd+Option+I)
- Go to the "Application" or "Storage" tab
- Find "Local Storage" → "https://bratify.app"
- Right-click and select "Clear" or delete specific items
Browser Settings
You can also clear storage through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
Third-Party Cookies
Bratify does not use third-party cookies for tracking or advertising. All processing happens locally in your browser.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this cookie policy as we add new features. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
Privacy First: Your creative content never leaves your device. All video generation and audio processing happens entirely in your browser.
