Pumpkin Brat Generator
The pumpkin color preset uses #febb00 — a warm, saturated yellow — as the background, with black text. The color reads as golden-yellow in most contexts, warmer than a pure yellow and closer to amber. It is the least common of the five presets in the brat generator, which is part of its value.
Because green is the dominant brat color, pumpkin images stand out by contrast. Anyone who has seen enough brat-format content will notice a non-green color immediately — and pumpkin's warmth gives it a different register from the other options.
When to Use Pumpkin
Pumpkin works for warm-toned content where green would feel too specific to the Charli XCX reference and pink or black would set the wrong tone. It is naturally associated with warmth, music, and creative content without the high-energy connotations of pink.
It is an effective choice for music-adjacent content outside the pop/electronic space — folk, indie, soul, or anything where the warm color palette fits the audio. It also works for autumn or seasonal content where the yellow reads as intentionally warm rather than just bright.
Because it is used less frequently than green or black, it is a good choice when you want to use the brat format but need your content to not blend in with the large volume of green brat images that exist across social media.
